A ‘Work for the Dole’ team are operating the weeding program on the riverbank at River Road Emu Plains twice a week. They commenced in August at the north end of River Road and have been rapidly controlling the Balloon vine and Madeira vine. New plants have been selected to not affect views from the roadside. They will help to stabilise the riverbank and also improve the appearance along the path.
